Bedroom Reading Light – When all is said and done and the day’s challenges are at an end, it is time to escape to an area of your house that will offer peace, a time for reflection, a time to unwind and a time to be away from the pressures which are a regular part of life.

Consider using neutral colors since they obviously dim the light and also have a tendency to decrease the light bleeding over on your partner’s side of the bed. Another option is to put in recessed lights in the head of their bed with different controls that will allow while the other person reads one person to sleep. All other lighting in the bedroom should be controllable by buttons close to the bed so that darkness, which specialists suggest is conducive to a great night’s sleep, may be achieved by switches close to the bed if practical.
